Privacy policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026

This site has no user accounts, no payments and no forms that store information. Here is what data is still collected while you browse it, what we use it for and what you can do about it.

01Who we are

NEUV is a web design and development studio based in Tandil, Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are responsible for the data collected on this site. For any privacy question, write to us at estudio.neuv@gmail.com.

02What data we collect

Data you give us. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you choose to share: usually your name, your business name, how to reach you and your message. The form on the page does not send anything to a server of ours: it builds a message with what you filled in and opens WhatsApp so you can send it yourself.

Browsing data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Through cookies, it records things such as:

  • The pages and sections you visit and how long you stay.
  • How you reached the site (a search engine, social media, a direct link).
  • Device type, browser, operating system and language.
  • Your approximate location, at country or city level.

We see this data as aggregate statistics and do not use it to identify you. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Hosting technical data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data from each visit (such as IP address and browser) to serve the pages and protect them from attacks.

Preferences in your browser. If you choose to see prices in Argentine pesos or US dollars, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to anyone.

We do not ask for or collect sensitive data, such as health, ethnic origin, religion or political opinions, nor card or bank account details.

03What we use it for

  • Replying to your messages, preparing proposals and demos, and following up on a project if you hire us.
  • Understanding which sections work and which do not, to improve the site.
  • Getting the site on Google: we submit it to Google Search Console for indexing and check aggregate search statistics there.
  • Keeping the site secure and running.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for personalized advertising.

04Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. These are the ones we use:

NameSet byPurposeDuration
_gaGoogle AnalyticsTell visitors apart anonymously.2 years
_ga_<ID>Google AnalyticsKeep track of the visit.2 years

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, or stop Google Analytics from recording your visits with Google’s official add-on. The site works the same without them.

05Third-party services

These providers process data under their own policies. Some may process it outside Argentina, for example in the United States:

  • Google (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Gmail if you email us).
  • Cloudflare (site hosting and security).
  • WhatsApp, by Meta (if you message us or use the form).

Links to other sites, such as the projects in our portfolio, lead to pages with their own privacy policies.

06How long we keep it

  • WhatsApp or email messages: while we are in touch or the project lasts, and afterwards for as long as legal or tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
  • Google Analytics data: for the retention period set in the tool, which does not exceed 14 months.

07Your rights

Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25,326) gives you the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected, updated or deleted, and to object to its processing. Access is free at intervals of six months or more, unless you show a legitimate interest in asking sooner.

To exercise these rights, write to estudio.neuv@gmail.com. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction or deletion requests within 5 business days.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force.

If you visit from another country, you can exercise the rights granted by the law where you live (for example, the General Data Protection Regulation in the European Union) through the same channel, and you can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

08Security

The site is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and does not store visitor data on servers of our own. Conversations are handled only by the two of us, from protected accounts.

09Minors

This site is intended for businesses and people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10Changes to this policy

If we change anything, we will publish it on this page and update the date above.
