Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These terms govern the use of this site and, in general, how our services are hired. Each project also has its own written proposal, which sets out scope, timeline and price.
01Who we are
NEUV is a web design and development studio based in Tandil, Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us at estudio.neuv@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +54 9 2494 65-3994. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
02Use of the site
This site is informational: it shows our services, work and reference prices. By using it you agree not to:
- Use it for illegal purposes or in ways that harm others.
- Try to access non-public areas, interfere with how it works or overload it.
- Copy, reproduce or reuse its text, designs, videos or code without our permission.
03Prices and information
Published prices are for reference and are shown in Argentine pesos or US dollars depending on the selected region. They show a starting value (“from”) and may change without notice. They are not a binding offer: the final price of each project is the one stated in the written proposal.
We try to keep the information on the site up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions. If you spot one, let us know.
04How a project is hired
Services are not purchased or paid for on this site. The process is:
- You tell us what you need on WhatsApp, by email or through the form.
- We send you a written proposal with scope, timeline and price, free of charge.
- We show you a free visual demo. If you are not convinced, we stop there and you owe nothing.
- If you approve the proposal, 50% is paid to start production.
- Production includes two rounds of revisions.
- The remaining 50% is paid on delivery, before the site is published.
If the approved proposal says something different from these terms, the proposal prevails.
05Timelines and materials
Timelines are estimates and start when you approve the proposal and send us the required material (text, photos, logos, product lists). If the material is delayed, the timeline moves by the same amount.
By sending us material, you confirm you have the rights to use it and you are responsible for its content. If you ask us to use third-party images or text, they must be properly licensed.
Changes beyond the two rounds of revisions or the scope of the proposal are quoted separately.
06Intellectual property
This site. The text, designs, illustrations, videos, the NEUV brand and the code of this site belong to us. The projects shown in the work section belong to their respective owners and are shown as part of our portfolio.
Your project. Once paid in full, your project’s domain, code and final designs are yours, and we hand over full access. Open-source libraries, fonts and other third-party resources included remain subject to their own licenses.
Proposals, demos and sketches that are not hired remain ours and may not be used without prior agreement.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show your finished project in our portfolio and on social media.
07Domain, hosting and third-party services
When the plan includes it, we cover the first year of domain and hosting, registered in your name. From the second year on, you renew it with the provider or we manage it as part of the maintenance plan.
Hosting, email, payment gateways (such as Stripe or Mercado Pago) and other external tools are governed by their providers’ terms. We are not liable for their outages or changes in price or terms.
08Support and maintenance
Each plan includes a support period after delivery, stated in the proposal, to fix bugs and answer questions. The monthly maintenance plan is optional and its terms are agreed in writing.
09Cancellation
You can decide not to go ahead after the demo at no cost. If you cancel a project that has already started, the deposit covers the work done up to that point and we hand over whatever is finished.
If you are a consumer under Argentina’s Consumer Protection Law (Law 24,240), you keep all the rights it grants you, including the right to withdraw within 10 calendar days when the contract is made remotely. Consumers in other countries keep the mandatory rights granted by their local law.
10Liability
We work to make every site run well and deliver what was agreed, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, such as a number of sales or a given position on Google, because they depend on factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to, or for damages arising from use of the site contrary to these terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it by talking. If that is not possible, the ordinary courts of the city of Tandil, Province of Buenos Aires, will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers’ right to go to the courts where they live.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes are published on this page with their date and do not affect projects whose proposal has already been approved.
